Tribal leaders Arvind Netam, Sohan Potai relaunch Jai Chhattisgarh party

RAIPUR: Tribal leader Arvind Netam has again launched Jai Chhattisgarh party.

Netam, a former union minister, claimed that his party would fight for the interests of tribal and local Chhattisgarhi populace, he has relaunched the party in a function in Raipur.

Sohan Potai, former BJP leader, has been made national president of the party.

The tribal leaders who are sidelined in BJP and Congress would be brought to the party.

With Assembly polls scheduled in 2018, Jai Chhattisgarh Party is aiming at security the strong tribal vote in the State.

"Tribals are looking for alternatives and the party would ensure that the interests of tribal populace is safeguarded", said Netam.
