BHOPAL: In a strange incident, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was allegedly pushed by a National Security Guards (NSG) Commando in Gwalior.

The commandos were part of Home minister Rajnath Singh's security. They rushed suddenly when Home Minister was coming out.

In process, one of them accidentally pushed MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The chief minister almost cried out in pain as the push was hard, though it was unintentional.

It was apparently the commando's rifle that had hit the CM in the stomach, reported Hindi newspaper Dainik Bhaskar. Chouhan was seen bending down because of the agonising pain. The incident shocked CM's officials.

The CM's security officials later complained to NSG but they didn't respond. Home minister Rajnath Singh and BJP president Amit Shah had come here to visit Datia, where they had gone to pay obeisance at Pitambara Pith.

It happened because of the hurry of the commandos in rushing for the VVIP, officials told local media. The top BJP leadership had come to Jhansi in adjoining Uttar Pradesh, for the Parivartan Rally. Hence, they came to neighbouring Datia.
