BHOPAL: At the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart 2026, international stakeholders, tour operators, hospitality representatives, and delegates had the opportunity to experience the state's rich tourism heritage alongside the flavors of its traditional cuisine.
The diverse dishes served at the event offered guests a taste of Madhya Pradesh's various regions. The aroma of traditional spices, authentic local food, and the comforting taste of home-style cooking made the culinary experience truly special.
The ‘Maa Ki Rasoi’ (Mother’s Kitchen) live food counter was a major highlight of the Travel Mart. Here, guests enjoyed traditional dishes and unique flavors from different parts of Madhya Pradesh. Delicacies such as millet bread, homemade chutneys, Matthe ke Aloo (potatoes in buttermilk gravy), Chakki ka Saag, Nighouna, and Urad Dal introduced guests from across the country to the state's rustic and home-style culinary traditions.
