SHIVPURI: 'Rahul Gandhi should stop daydreaming about coming to power. I am well-aware of the ground situation and BJP will win in Madhya Pradesh again'.

BJP president Amit Shah said this while addressing workers' convention in Shivpuri in Northern MP.

Shah said that BJP is too strong and can't be ousted from power in the state.

Addressing the gathering, Shah targeted Congress and said that there was nothing but misrule and mis-governance during the Congress' regime in Madhya Pradesh.

Shah said that Digvijaya Singh had ruined MP. 'For a decade until Singh was chief minister, the state was in a mess. The condition of roads was extremely bad and the power situation was also grim'.

The BJP president said that when Digvijaya was at the helm, there was unemployment and MP was known as a backward state. However, after BJP won the election, the state has been on path of development, ever since.

Claiming that under BJP rule, people have benefited immensely from government schemes, he told workers that if BJP won the forthcoming Assembly polls, then it would be easy to win the Lok Sabha polls next year.
