BHOPAL: A man pulled the cart carrying agricultural produce after one of the bullocks died.

The man, Mohan Banjara, brought the cart with just one bullock to the market, with his wife pushing the cart.

The wife was carrying infant, strapped to her body, while she pushed the cart for 12 kms.

This incident occurred in Jamner in Madhya Pradesh. Banjara, who belongs to Rajgarh, was on his way to Guna to sell the produce. After the bullock died on way, they apparently had no option but to take the cart to the mandi all by themselves.

Hence, the determined couple brought the cart to the town's mandi. The sight of a man replacing the bullock, moved the locals. This was brought to the notice of the district administration.

A local journalist Badrilal Dhakad reported the news in Hindi daily Dainik Bhaskar too. Officials said that they would help the family and would look into the possibility to provide a bullock to the family. Photo courtesy Dainik Bhaskar
